A typical IndianARC DAY :

Time
Participant Schedule
6:00 to 7:00 : Everyone wakes up and packs up for the start of the day. All your supplies are taken to the supply truck at this time.
7:00 to 8:00 : Time to eat and prepare for the rally. Try to pick up food rations and water for the day. Once you are finished, everyone collects their time card and prepare to start in liaison . Hand in your card. If you are way ahead of schedule, rest. You’ll need every moment! By 8:30 get your card back and get to the starting position. The race begins at 9:00.
9:00 to 5:00 : The rally begins, the flag is down and your off! Remember, if you need to communicate with any staff during the rally, such as for repairs or medical aide, there will be those who will be checking throughout the rally.
5:00 to 6:00 The rally ends for the day. Be sure to go to the finishing check point so that the day sheets and time cards can be collected. Put your tent up right away, change and prepare your belongings for the following day. Keep an eye open for thefts!! Check your autorickshaw for any necessary repairs. Go over the road book for the next day.
6:00 to 8:00 This is the time to eat, rest, and relax! Maybe go over the rally with your team, and prepare for the evening.
8:00 to 9:30 Make sure you check for any briefings and start times for the next day. Attend any official organized events that evening for all participants. If there are no scheduled events, you are free to roam, relax, eat, party and enjoy the evening however you choose.

An autorickshaw (auto or rickshaw or tempo in popular parlance) is a vehicle usually for hire and is one of the chief modes of transport in India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka it is also popular in many other countries. It is a motorized version of the traditional rickshaw, a small two- or three-wheeled cart pulled by a person, and the velotaxi.
